Rigid Mast Stackers : Rigid Mast Stackers are light weight machines, ideals for tool handling general stores work, and vehicle loading for loads upto 300 kgs & 1000 kgs. They are generally short , in height and being light in weight can easily manoeuvered through tight space, and low doorframe. They are available for lifting heights of 1200mm & 1800mm.

Telescopic Mast Stackers: Are useful heavy duty stackers deal for handling pallets and heavy duty components where higher lifts are required but the closed heights be suchthat the equipment passes easily under door frames beams and arches etc. Hera the inner mast telescropes into the outer mast therby considerably. They are available for lifting heights of 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, 2500mm & 4000mm.

General Construction: Guide sections are made of reinforced hot rolled steel channels, mounted on rigidly fabricated base frames. Twin heavy duty adjustable, leaf /Roller chains are fitted to provide load stability. Large dameter wheels and castors, running on ball bearing, assist easy movemant. The equipment is fitted with a frame type handle for precisn location. all stackers are designed for loading the into capacity of the equipment at a load center of 500mm Load having a load center of more than 500mm derate the capacity of the stacker substantially.

Hydraulic System: The Hydraulic system consists of an oil tank, pump cylinder manifold plate and hydraulic cylinder The oil tank is welded to the manifold plate.  The hydraulic pump is a positive displacement. The manifold plate is fitted with a plunger cylinder a release valve assembly and a suction valve with a built in filter. The delivery part of the pump is connected to the hydraulic cylinder through a standard hosepipe. The piston in the hydraulic cylinder is hard chromeplated to protect it from corrosion & rust. Additionally a wiper seal protects the hydraulic cylinder from the ingress of dust & dirt.

Operation : Theoperation of the equipment is simple. Here the hydraulic cylinder is actuated by working the ram pump handle an up-down pumping action. Lower done by turning the relese knob in the anti-clockwise direction, and can be adjusted to very fine limits, to ensure exact positioning of the load.

Electro Hydraulic System : The motor is energised by a microswitch, through a Contactor actuated by the control valve lever thus ensuring running of the motor only while liting. Lowering is done by the same lever, pushed in the opposite side and the stacker comes down of their own weight. A limit switch stops the motor when the fork carriage reaches its full lift. A manual hydraulic pump can be fitted onrequest alongwith the electro hydraulicsystem, for use in case of electrical failure.

Wheels : Cast iron wheel are mounted on antifriction bearing of following size:

a) Wrapover stacker :

2 Nos. Trial wheels of size 83x75mm

2 Nos. Front wheels of size 150/200x50mm.

b) Straddle stacker :

2 Nos. Trial wheels of size 150x50mm

2 Nos. Front wheels of size 200 150x50mm
