Body: Steel Fabrication
Battery: 24V Traction Battery, 219AH at 5 Hour rate of discharge
Lifting / Lowering:
The
motor is energised by a micro-switch,through a contactor, actuated by
the control valve lever, thus ensuring running of the motor only while
lifting. Lowering isdone by the same lever, pushed in the opposite side
and the forks come down of their own weight.
Travelling:
Driven
by 1 HP 24V motor through a double reduction chain drive. Two stage
traction speeds, controlled by the micri-switches opreted by finger
controlled forward/ reverse push button, locted at the steering handle.
< style="font-family: verdana;">Steering:
< style="font-family: verdana;">The
complete drive unit is mounted on a trunnion and is supported by heavy
duty ball & roller bearings. This entire unit is rotated by a
control handle for steering the truckk.
< style="font-family: verdana;">Brakes:
< style="font-family: verdana;">The
control handel, through a can and link arran ement, actuate a pair of
brakes shoes, which operates on a brake drum, directly mounted on the
traction motor shaft. The brakes are on when the control handle is
either in verticle or horizontal position. the control handle is spring
loaded and remains in the verticle position when release..
< style="font-family: verdana;">
< style="font-family: verdana;">Electric Control:
Two
stage traction speeds by finger controlled push buttons which operate
24V heavy duty contactors. Control Lever operates the Hydraulic Motor
through micro-switch.
Electronics:
May be supplied as Optional Control for Traction at additional price.
